Industry-Leading Boom Design with Random Telescoping

The XCT80L6 features a 6-section U-type telescopic boom with a maximum length of 55 meters—the longest in its class. Its performance is up to 10–15% higher than comparable cranes.

The telescoping mode has been upgraded from sequential to random telescoping, allowing greater flexibility in boom extension.

A single-cylinder pinning telescoping system improves telescoping efficiency and structural reliability.

Precision Hydraulic Control & Smooth Lifting Operations

The crane’s hydraulic system supports:

Minimum stable slewing speed: 0.1°/s

Minimum stable lifting speed (drum): 2.5 m/min

These features allow for high-precision lifting and rotation, ensuring safety when operating in tight or high-risk environments.

In addition, the independent hydraulic motor cooling system maintains the hydraulic system’s temperature below 80ºC, allowing the crane to operate consistently and safely in high-temperature environments.

■ 1.What's the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.

■ 2.How about the quality of your machine?

The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professional institute.

■ 3.Are you the original manufacturer?
