The XCMG 18m hybrid articulated boom lift features a compact “Σ” type linkage structure combining a folding arm, telescopic boom, and crank arm. The intuitive control system ensures precise, safe, and efficient operation. The platform supports dual control positions—on the turntable and the platform—communicated via CAN bus using PLC-based distributed control technology.

Durable Chassis & Drive System

The undercarriage adopts a hydraulic drive system with integrated motor-reducer units. Fast/slow speed gears allow adaptation to different driving conditions. It also includes a self-braking feature and a manual clutch for emergency towing.

Efficient Hydraulic System

Powered by a direct-drive engine, the dual-pump hydraulic system combines a variable displacement piston pump and constant displacement pump for enhanced energy efficiency and smooth boom movement.

Optimized Counterweight Layout

The rear-mounted counterweight balances the boom structure. The fuel tank, hydraulic reservoir, and control box are positioned on the left side, while the engine and battery are mounted on the right, optimizing weight distribution.

■ 1.What's the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.

The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professional institute.
