Used Cold Milling Machine XCMG XM200K Road Maintenance

The XM200K road milling machine is mainly composed of milling rotor driven by machinery and two groups of belt conveyors.

* All classis with strong torque resistance are made of sectional materials, steel plates with high strength and can withstand deformation under the condition of various loads and terrains.

* The machine is equipped with four crawler steering system auxiliary by flick-type hydraulic power. It can make steering of fourtypes, namely, front axle, rear axle, full crawler or crab-walk.

* The full automatic power regulator can make the engine load automatically realize the mutual matching between the milling and driving power.

* There is a set of high-voltage watering device around the milling rotor, which can effectively clean the dust and cool the milling tools to extend its service life.

* The machine is equipped with the standard sound-proof device to prevent environment from the noise.

* It is equipped with LCD with large screen, which can display rotating speed, hour meter, temperature of the engine cylinder elimination of common malfunction and others in real time, in addition, it is equipped with charge indicator of accumulator,pressure gage of the control system, belt conveyor and pressure gage of crawler belt drive system and alarm lamp of filter etc.

■ 1.What's the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.

The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professional institute.
