XCMG used All Terrain Crane XCA1200

With globally initiative dedicated wind power jib folding bracket, XCMG 1200 tonnage all terrain crane is designed to focus on erection of wind turbines with capacity up to 2.5 MW.    It is mounted on an8-axle chassis and the lifting capacity takes the lead in the industry in class.    

The self-assembly technology of larger structure number can make the assembly and disassembly more convenient and efficient.    Industrial initiative 7-axle drive is adopted with strong heavy load jobsite transfer ability.    There are two configurations: for wind power and for standard use.    Through the module expansion of configuration, the requirements of different customers can be satisfied.

Excellent capacity for lifting wind turbinesIndustrial initiative 7-section boom and self-folding wind power jib system can realize the highest lifting performance of box type boom and lattice boom bracket, which meet the need of erection of wind turbines with capacity up to 2.5 MW;    The working range is relatively larger and the restriction for assembly is small.

Y-type lattice super lifting device of 4 parts of line can realize the fixed length tensioning and raise the retightening force of the super lifting device.    A stable triangle is thus formed with super strong capacity against wind load and side loading.
