XKC series powder material spreading vehicle is mainly used for spreading powdery materials such as cement, limepowder and fly ash, etc. lt can be used for spreading cement in roadbed for cold regeneration, spreading of many kindsof adhesive in roadbed stabilized soil, and also for other occasions Spreading the material.

The hydraulic system is designed to combine the variable power sensitive hydraulic pump and loadsensitive hydraulic system, providing power output for screw shaft, the system produces lessheat, energy conservation and high efficiency. The piston motor directly drive the varying pitch screw shaft for feeding, low speed start capability isstrong, transmission capacity of each screw shaft can reach 90t/h, good construction adaptability. The use of special sealing structure ensure that thebearing do not contact with powder material, increases the service life of bearing, reducing theworkload of daily maintenance.

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first.
