The G4804BII micro hybrid mixer truck adopts the chassis of Heavy Duty Truck HOWO TX, equipped with a 350 horsepower engine and a 55 kW drive motor, battery pack, and directly driven by the motor to reduce the gearbox, with strong power, high efficiency, and few fault points. It can achieve material shutdown, use of air conditioning when shutdown, and maintain constant speed operation of the cylinder during driving, saving more than 15% in comprehensive fuel consumption. Simultaneously equipped with brake energy recovery function, it saves fuel costs, reduces brake pad wear, and saves maintenance costs. The upper mixing drum is made of high-strength wear-resistant plate, and the blades are welded with wear-resistant strips, resulting in a longer service life of the drum body. The rectangular tube of the subframe is made of high-quality chassis beam steel, which is more reliable and durable. The cylinder and subframe are both welded using robot automation, with high weld quality. At the same time, it can be equipped with cold zone bags, oxygen concentrators, side mounted hoppers, special coating schemes, etc., to meet the needs of different customers.

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.
