2. Optimized design of transport and assembly/ disassembly

Fully equipped self-assembly/disassembly system (Optional) can easily achieve: rear counterweight self-assembly/disassembly, track frame self-assembly/disassembly, and boom base self-assembly/disassembly.

Largest single unit transport weight is controlled within 30t, transport width not more than 3m, so as to meet the transport requirement of global accessibility.

Fixed jib can be three-piece integrated transport, and transport design of inserted boom sections, maximize the use of transport space, and save transport costs.

During the digging and loading combination operations, the engine power to the drive system can be easily cut off so that all power is supplied to the hydraulic system to improve the digging and loading efficiency.

The machine automatically switches to two-wheel drive mode while traveling in gear IV to eliminate the parasitic power loss.

■ 1.What's the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.

The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professional institute.
