The XCMG XR220D Rotary Drilling Rig is a high-performance machine widely used in the construction of bored concrete piles for foundation engineering projects, including highways, railways, bridges, ports, docks, and high-rise buildings.

To improve durability and reduce maintenance, the XR220D adopts a single-row rope system for the main winch, effectively minimizing rope wear and significantly extending the rope's service life. An infrared monitoring camera is integrated to provide real-time observation of the main winch, allowing the operator to monitor rope conditions both day and night directly from the cab.

The hydraulic system utilizes threshold power control and positive flow control technology, delivering enhanced operating efficiency while achieving greater energy savings.

A patented parallelogram articulation mechanism enables a wider working range, while the high-strength box-type steel mast provides excellent rigidity and resistance to torsional deformation. This robust design ensures high drilling accuracy, even in demanding conditions.

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.
