XCMG XGC500 500t Used All Terrain Crawler Crane for Sale

The crane features a fully self-assembling/disassembling system, enabling autonomous assembly and disassembly of key components such as the track frame, turntable counterweights, and boom base—greatly improving setup efficiency and reducing the need for auxiliary equipment.

The luffing system supports integrated transportation, including the four-part luffing mechanism: the mast main luffing system, superlift mast, and tower jib. A specialized pendant connection design allows for faster, easier assembly/disassembly of the pendants. Additionally, pendants can be transported together with the boom sections, significantly shortening transition times between job sites.

All counterweights across the common platform models follow unified specifications, achieving true interchangeability and reducing inventory and logistical costs.

The crane utilizes a sprocket-style travel mechanism with excellent engagement performance. Equipped with a four-drive reducer system on both the front and rear, it ensures powerful traveling, steering, and climbing capabilities across challenging terrains.

For wind power installation and maintenance applications, the optional wind power jib configuration supports lifting operations for wind turbines rated up to 2.0–2.5 MW, making it ideal for modern renewable energy projects.

■ 1.What's the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?

The warranty policy does not cover the wearing parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distributor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.

The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professional institute.
